As a professional clairvoyant, this has been an intense time for me. When I first saw the virus news in China months ago, and no one thought it would affect us, I got an overwhelming inner directive to prepare. I was shown it was going to be one of those rare events that massively impact and change the world. An opportunity for world-wide transformation. But…of course … transformation only happens through struggle and challenge.

I honestly only partly believed the message, but because the guidance I’ve received for hundreds of people over the last 7+ years has always been accurate, I thought I’d better trust it. So I bought canned food etc. when nobody else was.

A couple times while shopping, I wondered if I was crazy. If what I had seen coming was true. But I thought better safe than sorry. I was shown about drug shortages, even supplements…so I bought those too.

As the message got louder inside me, I told my parents to prepare. They both almost died last year of health issues. I told them to get all they needed to stay home for a couple months.

Fortunately, they trust in my gift, so they listened. I also told a couple close friends and clients who I knew might listen. I knew most people would not believe me (I barely believed me!), so I didn’t share it widely.

I’m not one of those people who can see the long term future (though I do sometimes get glimpses for clients, that have often been accurate)…I mainly see where things are going, why and how we can create new possibilities within that, to live our highest potential while we are here. My experience is that we are creating the future with the choices we make today.

But what many people miss is that, in a time of crisis, it’s not about keeping your thoughts hyper-focused on positive things. It’s more about investing time into being very still, and asking your own inner guidance how you personally should navigate this, without imposing your ideas or beliefs onto that.

It’s hard because we all have fear. Fear muddies our guidance and can send us off into either avoidance or panic, both of which are not useful.

What helps us is facing our feelings head on, with empathy for our fear. Saying soothing things to our self/psyche. Because. When we soothe our psyche and become calm we can hear our intuition guiding us. The wise adult part of us (a proxy for our higher self) will feel what we need to do.

We all have a higher part of us that is trying to guide us. Many people make the mistake of assuming what that is…without checking.

Learning to (humbly) listen to your inner guidance is your best protection in world changing moments like this. Meditation. Freewriting/journaling. Contemplative walks.

Ask your higher self questions and then wait and listen for the answers. Trust your self.

 

Get the Answers You Need From Your (Higher) Self

What I suggest you do right now is the following exercise:

1. Write down a list of your biggest questions on how to go forward–the things that are really causing anxiety for you now. The real questions. So dig deep for those. Asking the right (most true/raw) questions is a key part of getting the best answers.

2. Next, write down your intention: to receive clear guidance on these questions so that you can feel calm and contribute at your highest capacity during this time of transition.

3. Then get connected with your body. Take a few slow deep breaths. Follow them in. Follow them out. Try to focus all your attention on your breath.

Then put all your attention on being in and feeling your body–what’s happening. Where there is tension.

Notice the tension and breathe into it long and slow, exhale long and slow.

Once you feel somewhat connected to your body (it’s okay if you still have lots of thoughts, but be making the effort to stay out of them, and in your body) then move on to step 4.

4. Get a journal/some paper. Set a timer for 15 minutes. Look at your list of questions with the intention to get answers. Then begin writing without allowing yourself to stop. Write whatever comes into your mind. Even if it’s “I don’t know what to do. This is stupid. I feel scared. I don’t know what to write. What should I do? What should I do? I don’t know what to do.”

The key is DO NOT STOP WRITING and don’t censor any of your thoughts. Write down everything… every thought. This will allow you to do 2 things–provide a release valve for your psyche’s hidden fears/anxieties (allowing you to feel more calm after this exercise), and create an opening for your higher self to provide some guidance.

5. After the alarm goes off, you can still keep writing if you feel there is more to vent/express/explore. Or you can stop. Once you are done, skim through what you wrote, looking for things that jump out at you that feel important–clues to guide you forward.

6. On a new piece of paper, write down the things that FEEL useful and provide some guidance toward the questions you asked.

I highly recommend doing this daily right now. The answers you receive will be the best answers for you on how to go forward during this difficult time in the best possible way.

BTW: Even though I see a lot of what’s coming, and I know this is a powerful transformative awakening event that can lead to a better world (eventually), that doesn’t make it easier for me either. Like you, I am human and I have a psyche/human aspect that struggles.

The last time I got the flu I had to go to the hospital twice for oxygen and a special Ventolin nebulizer because of a history of asthma (and perhaps my long-ago past life as a smoker). So respiratory stuff scares me. Especially because I’ve seen that the hospitals will be overloaded, and that equipment will not be available.

So, right now, I’m having to be as disciplined as possible about doing my inner work every day, realigning with trust that I am supported and surrendering my fear, or else I feel overwhelmed with this new energy and anxiety. Part of the challenge is that I don’t just feel my anxiety. I can feel the anxiety of the world. I’ll bet you can too. We are all connected.

To be totally honest, me managing that sometimes looks like eating half a bag of cookies. ;)

Of course I’m also eating the health stuff and supplements my inner guidance showed me to take. And exercising daily to build my immune system.

It also looks like me repeating mantras to myself like:

“I am calm. I am strong. I am connected and guided on how to stay well and serve the higher good.”

Point being. We all need to use this time to do our deep inner work, whatever that looks like for you. :)

Maybe it helps you if I share that I was shown this is kind of like a world wide intensive meditation retreat. Most of the things we usually use to distract ourselves have been taken away. This forces us to look at things we’ve been avoiding in ourselves, in our own lives, and in our world.

Everything hidden will be brought to the light, in our selves, in others, and also in our systems and society.

Retreats are never fun (I’ve done many 10-day silent retreats), but they always lead to expanded awareness, which can lead to much better things. This one is gonna last a lot longer than 10 days. ;)

So our best use of this time is to hold awareness around those things we have been avoiding looking at, in ourselves and in our world, and use that awareness to guide us to make more love-aligned decisions going forward.

Let’s remember to support each other and share our insights and ideas, and create new ways of being together throughout this process.

For now, my key message to you is the core message of my life’s work, and what I’m committed to teaching for the rest of this lifetime–invest time daily into a practice of connecting with and trusting your self, deeply and unapologetically. Where you become guided from the inside.

That is the way we will create a better world together.
