Identity and Consciousness

by | Sep 28, 2020

It’s been a year, huh? And not over yet.

From a distance, it looks like mess and chaos. But look closer, and you’ll see the beginnings of real change.

Not so much yet in the world (though it is happening), but in you. Because that’s where world change begins.

The world is just a reflection of our level of consciousness.

I know this year has pushed and poked you in many ways. And it may feel shitty, but it’s good. Or it will be good. As you integrate all the new things you’re learning this year.

About what you really want.

What you really care about.

And what you don’t.

So many things in life just don’t matter.

Yet … so many things do.

The question is … are you getting clearer on which is which?

That’s what this year is about.

For me it’s been about going deep inside myself.

Listening. Listening. Listening.

To my self.

Letting go of anything causing static.

It has helped me get even more connected to that river that flows through everything — carrying us to that next level of potential.

It led me to finally invest in an office.

And seriously work on the outline of my second book.

I’m going to share the method I’ve used to help hundreds of leaders to quickly transform their lives and live their higher potential faster: by installing and aligning with their higher identity rather than their conditioned identity.

But here’s the thing.

To flow with the river of our higher potential, we have to allow ourselves to be carried.

It can only take us on new adventures if we have the courage to let go of where we are now.

And who we think we are now.

The cup must be empty to be filled anew.

Our identity — the parts of ourselves we hold onto and call “me” — are always the number one thing holding us back from flowing with that river.

To flow, we have to change the seat of our identity.

We have to let go of who we think we are.

We have to learn to identify with the part of ourselves that is already whole and complete, and therefore has no need to be anyone.

The great cosmic joke is that when you align with your essence and need nothing, you get everything.

I know this because it’s how I consistently make kind, powerful leaders even more powerful. (And this is my focus because I believe the world needs more kind AND powerful leaders.)

A CEO client who graduated last week had so many shifts happen in six weeks, she couldn’t believe it. She moved into her dream apartment, became way more productive at work, started a new biz with a friend, let go of a draining relationship and much more.

But how? How did these changes happen so fast.

Because I helped her shift her seat of identity.

I’m writing today to share this video I made about how my understanding of identity changed my possibilities, because I feel it could help you flow with that river a little more easily. (Forgive the ghost-like lighting haha. Obvs I still have a waaays to go before I master videos.)

Just click on the video below.

I also created a page of free resources that might help you.

And, of course, if you feel called to do the deep work to break through to your next level, I’m always happy to explore a free call with you.

Happy September dear friends. Hang in there! You got this.

Old Soul Leaders

I believe there are many old soul leaders here on Earth right now who came here to try to take us in a better direction before it’s too late. If you’re here reading this, you’re probably one of them, too, even if you don’t think of yourself that way. Almost all my clients are old soul leaders disguised as successful founders, entrepreneurs, artists and other innovators, who feel a calling in their soul to contribute to a better shared reality.
