How to Deal With Worry: An Easy Tool
Lately, with all the shit going down in the world, I’ve found myself worrying a lot about where it’s all taking us.
Fortunately I know that worrying is not an efficient use of my time on Earth. But what can you do about it?
Well here’s what I’m doing. I’m using my new “Can’t/Can Framework”. Maybe you’ll find it useful as well.

Intuition Only Opens the Door
Over the years, the word NaNoWriMo has come up many times for me, but all I really knew about it was that people who did it had to write an entire novel in a month.
WTF!?
Not gonna work for me, I thought.
Why Envy is Good
There’s a buildup of adrenaline pulsing through my body. I feel like punching somebody. But this doesn’t make sense, because I’m watching an inspiring TEDx video of Dan Millman, the author of one of my favourite books, that was turned into a movie called “The Way of the Peaceful Warrior.” Irony much?
Is It Your Intuition or Fear?
I’ll bet it’s happened to you. Maybe it’s happening right now.
You’re trying to make an important decision, and you want to follow your “gut”—but all you’re getting is waves of fear. “What’s the fear trying to tell me?” You wonder. “Does it mean I shouldn’t do this thing?”
